• and contact suitable candidates (depending on the selected service package).

3 Admission and requirements

Usage is exclusively reserved for companies operating in Switzerland and permitted to employ staff.

Important: seekme.io is currently only allowed to place individuals residing in Switzerland. As a company, you commit to:

• respect this ban on placement to foreign addresses,

• only approach candidates who may be employed according to Swiss labor law.

4 Obligations of corporate clients

You commit to:

• provide correct and up-to-date company information,

• not misuse the platform,

• use received candidate profiles confidentially and solely for recruitment purposes,

• not approach candidates found via the platform separately outside the platform - we reserve the right to take legal action in this case.

5 Confidentiality and data protection

• Candidate profiles will only be transmitted in the event of existing interest and with the express consent of the candidates.

• The use of personal data is subject to our privacy policy.

6 Disclaimer

• seekme.io facilitates the initial contact but takes no responsibility for the conclusion or content of an employment relationship.

• The suitability and legal employment of the candidates is the responsibility of the employer.

7 Payment & invoicing

The use of paid services is based on the agreed tariff model. Invoices are to be paid within the period specified on the document. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to impose restrictions on the use.

8 Termination / Deactivation

• Companies can terminate their registration at any time and within the specified notice periods.

• We reserve the right to block access without prior notice in case of abuse or violation of these terms.

9 Applicable law / Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to Swiss law. Jurisdiction is the location of the operator of seekme.io.
