2 Description of Services

seekme.io provides a digital platform for the pre-selection and placement of qualified talents residing in Switzerland.

Companies can:

• post job openings,

• receive suitable profiles,

• and contact appropriate talents (depending on the selected service package).

The exact services and prices are outlined in the separate offer or conditions listed on the website.

3 Admission and Requirements

Use is exclusively reserved for companies operating in Switzerland that are allowed to employ staff.

Important: seekme.io may only currently refer individuals residing in Switzerland. As a company, you commit to:

• respect this referral ban for foreign addresses,

• only contact talents that may be employed according to Swiss labor law.

4 Obligations of Corporate Clients

You commit to:

• provide correct and up-to-date company data,

• not misuse the platform,

• use received talent profiles confidentially and solely for recruitment purposes,

• not approach talents found through the platform separately outside of the platform - we reserve the right to take legal action in this case.

5 Confidentiality and Data Protection

• Talent profiles will only be transmitted with existing interest and explicit consent from the talents.

• The use of personal data is subject to our privacy policy.

6 Disclaimer

• seekme.io facilitates the initial contact but assumes no responsibility for the conclusion or content of an employment relationship.

• The suitability and legal employment of the profiles is the responsibility of the employer.

7 Payment & Billing

The use of paid services is according to the agreed pricing model. Invoices must be settled within the time frame stated on the document. In case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to restrict usage.

8 Termination / Deactivation

• Companies can terminate their registration at any time within the established deadlines.

• We reserve the right to suspend access without notice in case of abuse or violation of these terms.

9 Applicable Law / Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the operator of seekme.io.
