Welcome to seekme.io – the platform that connects you with suitable employers in Switzerland.
By registering and using our platform, you accept the following terms of use:

1 Scope

These terms of use apply to all individuals who register on seekme.io as talents and use our services.

2 Description of Services

seekme.io offers a digital platform that connects employers with qualified talents. The use for talents is free of charge. There is no entitlement to placement or job offer.

3 Admission Requirements

The use of seekme.io is currently restricted to individuals residing in Switzerland.

We are currently only allowed to place persons who reside in Switzerland. Residence is defined as the address you provide. By registering, you confirm:

  • that you have a valid Swiss residence address,

  • that you are permitted to reside and work in Switzerland.

We reserve the right to verify the corresponding information and exclude users if the requirements are not met.

4 Obligations of Users

You agree to:

  • provide only truthful, up-to-date, and complete information about yourself,

  • keep your profile up to date,

  • not upload content that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.

5 Data Protection

Your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. We do not share your profile data with potential employers – you are solely responsible if you receive inquiries from companies on the platform.

6 Disclaimer

seekme.io does not guarantee a successful placement or the credibility of employers. The responsibility for employment relationships lies solely with the parties themselves.

7 Termination / Deletion

You can delete your profile at any time or request a deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or delete users without prior notice in case of violation of these terms.

8 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms of use are subject to Swiss law. The jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator of seekme.io.
